The ESP32 Programming Jig is a high-performance test fixture and development programmer designed to simplify flashing firmware onto surface-mount ESP32 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth modules. Micro-USB / Type-C USB port for power delivery and serial data communication.
The ESP32 Programming Jig is a high-performance test fixture and development programmer designed to simplify flashing firmware onto surface-mount ESP32 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth modules. Featuring durable spring-loaded pogo pins, this fixture securely holds bare ESP32 chips (such as ESP-WROOM-32, ESP32-S, and ESP32-WROVER) in place without requiring permanent soldering or tedious jumper wire setups.
Built with an onboard USB-to-UART serial bridge IC (CP2102/CH340) and automatic bootloader control circuitry, the jig automatically toggles GPIO0 and EN/RST lines during firmware upload. This enables seamless, single-click flashing directly from the Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, PlatformIO, or NodeMCU Flasher. Dedicated tactile switches for manual Reset (EN) and Boot (IO0) selection are also provided for manual debugging.
Equipped with a Micro-USB / Type-C interface and an onboard 3.3V voltage regulator, the board delivers steady, high-current power required during intensive Wi-Fi and Bluetooth transmission. All ESP32 GPIO pins are broken out to standard 2.54mm pitch dual-row headers, making it fully compatible with ESP32 modules, Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, and custom IoT prototyping setups.
