Overview

Most items sold by iTechBuilders are electronic components, modules and DIY kits that can be damaged by wrong wiring, soldering or power supply. For this reason, orders are not returnable or refundable once delivered, except in the cases listed below.

When we replace or refund

• You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered).
• The product arrived physically damaged in transit.
• The product is dead on arrival (does not work when first powered as per its datasheet).
• Items are missing from the package.

Time limit

Report the problem within 48 hours of delivery by WhatsApp or email with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.

Not eligible

• Products that have been soldered, modified, wired incorrectly or powered with wrong voltage.
• Burnt or physically damaged parts after use.
• Consumables (wires, solder, batteries, PCBs made to your design) and custom / project work.
• Change of mind or ordering the wrong item.

How it works

After checking your claim, we will either replace the item or, if a replacement is not available, issue a refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days of approval. The item may need to be sent back to us in its original condition and packaging.

Order cancellation

An order can be cancelled before it is shipped. Once it has been handed to the courier, it cannot be cancelled. Shipping charges are not refundable.
