The ESP8266 Programming Jig is a dedicated test fixture and development programmer designed to simplify flashing firmware onto surface-mount ESP8266 Wi-Fi modules. Micro-USB / Type-C USB port for power and data transfer.
The ESP8266 Programming Jig is a dedicated test fixture and development programmer designed to simplify flashing firmware onto surface-mount ESP8266 Wi-Fi modules. Featuring high-quality spring-loaded pogo pins or standard socket headers, this fixture holds bare ESP8266 boards (such as ESP-12E, ESP-12F, and ESP-07) securely in place without requiring permanent soldering.
Built with an onboard USB-to-UART serial bridge IC (CH340/CP2102) and automatic bootloader control logic, the jig automatically toggles GPIO0 and RESET lines during upload, allowing single-click flashing directly from the Arduino IDE, ESP-IDF, or NodeMCU Flasher. Standard tactile switches for manual Reset and Boot selection are also included for easy debugging.
Equipped with a Micro-USB/Type-C connector and onboard 3.3V voltage regulation, it provides clean, stable power required during high-current Wi-Fi transmission. All GPIO pins are broken out to standard 2.54mm pitch headers, making it fully compatible with ESP8266 modules, Arduino IDE, PlatformIO, and IoT prototyping setups.
