Designed with comprehensive wireless connectivity, the module integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth 5.3 (LE), Bluetooth Mesh, Zigbee 3.0, and Thread (IEEE 802.15.4). Its native support for the Matter smart home standard enables seamless device interoperability across ecosystem platforms like Apple Home, Google Home, and Home Assistant. Onboard hardware security acceleration features Secure Boot, Flash Encryption, and a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE).
The XIAO ESP32C6 features 512KB HP SRAM and 4MB SPI Flash memory. It comes with an onboard ceramic antenna (80m range) and a dedicated U.FL connector for an external antenna connection.
