The NRF24L01+ PA+LNA is a long-range 2.4GHz wireless transceiver module with a power amplifier (PA), low-noise amplifier (LNA) and an external SMA antenna. Compared to the basic NRF24L01, it can communicate over much longer distances, so it is used for RC cars, drones, wireless sensors and Arduino-to-Arduino communication. It connects over SPI and works with the popular RF24 library.
